Pay with Card or Digital Wallet

Make a payment by credit card, debit card, or digital wallet (Venmo, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay) using the JP Morgan Chase customer portal.

JP Morgan Chase applies a convenience fee of $1.65 per transaction for residential customers. Commercial customers will be charged 2.15% of the total payment amount.

  • Allow 2-5 business days for payment to be received

We accept ACH / EFT payments with payment remittance details. The payment and details must be sent through your bank using an EDI 820 remittance file formatted in CTX or CCD+. You must be a Commercial customer to participate.

Contact our EDI Payments Group at electpay@sce.com and provide the following:

  • Your SCE Customer Account Number
  • Company name
  • Contact name
  • Contact phone number

What is a digital wallet? 

A digital wallet is an app or online service that allows you to link your credit cards, debit cards, and bank accounts into a digital system for making electronic payments. Currently, SCE accepts the following digital wallets for payment: Venmo, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
