CARE/FERA, Medical Baseline, and Budget Assistant enrollment – when Moving
- If you are not planning to stop service at the service address that currently receives the CARE/FERA or Medical Baseline enrollment, issue a Start Service request.
- If you want to transfer the above programs to your new address, issue a Transfer Service request.
- Your CARE/FERA or Medical Baseline enrollment will appear on the billing cycle for your new address after the closing statement of your current address is issued and the Transfer service request is complete.
