Do I need to be present for my service to be turned on?
- We will attempt to turn on your meter remotely by 5PM, so you do not need to be present.
- If remote activation isn’t possible, please provide access instructions—such as gate codes or unlocking gates—to ensure our technician can reach your meter. You may enter up to 22 characters in the provided field and include a phone number if you wish to be contacted during a site visit. Note: Phone contact is only needed if a technician must visit the site.
- Please bring your pets indoors to ensure safe access for our technicians.
- If your power is still not active after completing your Start Service request, you may need to reset your breakers, click here for instructions.
