I am an existing customer, but I want to have my new Service Address(es) on a new bill, can I do that in the Start Service request?
- If you have eligible Customer Account(s), you’ll be able to choose them during the process. If you prefer your new Service Address(es) to be billed on a new Customer Account, select "Create a New Customer Account" when submitting your move-in request.
- Already on Collective Billing?
- If you’re on Collective Billing, each new Service Address must be billed separately to a new Customer Account before it can be added to the Collective Bill. Please submit one Start Service request for each new Service Address. Once your Start Service request is completed, please call 1-800-990-7788 to link the new address to your existing bill.
- Already on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Billing?
- If you want your new Service Address to be included in EDI Billing, you’ll need to have each new Service Address billed to a new Customer Account before it can be placed on EDI Billing. Please submit one Start Service request at a time. Click here for instructions.
