What rate will I be placed on? How do I know if that’s the right rate for me?
 

• When you move in as a commercial customer, you’ll start on the same rate as the previous occupant.
• If your business type is different, or your usage needs will be higher or lower than the prior customer, you can fill out a Permanent Change in Operating Conditions form to request a rate adjustment.
• After you’ve had service for at least 12 months at your current address, you can use our Rate Comparison tool to explore other rate options and find the best fit for your usage and demand.
