If I want to add my new Service Address to an existing bill, can I do that in the Start Service request?
- If you have eligible Customer Account(s), you’ll be able to choose from them during your Start Service request. All Service Addresses you selected will be added to your chosen Customer Account once you submit your request.
- If none of your existing Customer Accounts can accept new Service Addresses, you’ll need to create a new Customer Account. Examples of ineligible Customer Accounts include Budget Billing Plan, Solar, Bankruptcy, Mixed rate (Residential and Commercial service address can’t be combined on the same bill) and others.
- If you would like to have a separate bill for the Service Address(s) selected for Start Service, please select to create a New Customer Account.
- Already on Collective Billing?
- If you’re on Collective Billing, each new Service Address must be billed separately to a new Customer Account before it can be added to the Collective Bill. Please submit one Start Service request for each new Service Address. Once your Start Service request is completed, please call 1-800-990-7788 to link the new address to your existing bill.
- Already on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Billing?
- If you want your new Service Address to be included in EDI Billing, you’ll need to have each new Service Address billed to a new Customer Account before it can be placed on EDI Billing. Please submit one Start Service request at a time. Click here for instructions.
