If you do not recognize an address linked to a bill, did not authorize anyone to use your information and believe the charge may be due to identity theft or fraud, please provide at least two of the below items for the service period in dispute:
- Other utility bills (gas, water or phone)
- Deed of trust, rental or lease agreement
- Bank statement
- Identity theft police report
- In matters of divorce or legal separation, provide final divorce decree and proof of residency during the time in question

How to Upload Documents

- Select “I am disputing a miscellaneous charge on my SCE bill, and am uploading documentation indicating I am not responsible for the charge.”
- Enter information about the person submitting the documents and upload the files.
- Select the type of document you are uploading to support a fraud or identity theft claim.
- Upload the documents and submit.
