SCE is in the process of procuring Long Duration Energy Storage (LDES) and Clean Firm Resources (CFR) pursuant to D.26-02-057. Interested parties should access the solicitation documents and must submit all offers for this RFO electronically through the Power Advocate® (“Power Advocate”) website at:

(the “Website”). All participants interested in submitting Offers into the RFO will need to pre-register with Power Advocate. Participants who do not yet have an existing Power Advocate account must first register to create a username and password with Power Advocate to receive access to the RFO materials. SCE reserves the right to modify the requirements or discontinue this procurement activity at its sole discretion and at any time without notice and without assigning any reasons and without liability of Edison International, SCE, or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates or representatives. SCE also reserves the right to select no offers or proposals as an outcome of this procurement activity. SCE will not be deemed to have accepted any offer or proposal, and will not be bound by any term thereof, unless and until an authorized representative of SCE has executed a contract and all other required agreements.
Any contracts executed pursuant to this procurement activity will be subject to California Public Utilities Commission approval.
