How do I update my device settings to resolve login issue?

If you received the following error message when trying to log in, your device's date and time may be incorrect. This can prevent secure connections and cause authentication problems.

Follow the steps below to fix it.

  1. Open your device’s Date & Time settings. You can usually find this in your system or general settings menu.
  2. Turn on “Set time automatically.” If this option isn’t available, manually correct the date and time to match your current location.
  3. Refresh the login page and try again. Once your device’s time is accurate, the login should work as expected.

Still having trouble? Double-check that your time zone is also set correctly. If the issue persists, restarting your device after updating the time settings can help.
