What if I have both residential and non-residential accounts?
Can I have my residential and non-residential service accounts in the same customer account?
No, customers can only have one customer account with a single type of service account. For example, you can have a customer account for all your residential service accounts, or one for all your business service accounts.
As part of our ongoing billing system updates, we split residential and business service accounts into separate customer accounts. If you’re enrolled in My Account, you will automatically see your new customer accounts appear after the split. If you have questions about this change, please call 1-800-798-7723.
