Why can’t I access My Account?
My Account was recently offline while we implemented our new billing system, but you should be able to access your account information again. We may also occasionally need to take My Account down for maintenance in the weeks following the launch of our new system.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by going to the Reset Your Password page or clicking the “Forget Password?” link on the SCE home page. If you need further assistance, please visit our Contact Us page.
