Our Billing and Online Services Are Back Online
Over the past few weeks, some of our billing services and parts of the SCE website were temporarily offline while we were implementing our new billing system. Now that we have completed our updates, all services are back online. Please keep in mind that your account number has changed and you will need to update your payment methods. This Help Center can help you understand how your account may be impacted by these recent changes and answer questions you may have.
