- 協助註冊 SCE 計劃，包括 Medical Baseline Allowance 和 Critical Care Backup Battery

- 可攜式備用電池
- 食品或燃料抵用券（即，備用發電機的丙烷氣）

- 居住在 2 級或 3 級高火災風險區域（請參閱此地圖，以找到陰影區域中的高火災風險區域）。
- 使用電動醫療器材或輔助技術
- 有殘障或慢性疾病
- 依靠電力獨立生活
申請方法
要申請 DDAR，請聯絡下面參與的殘障人士防災用電與資源中心 (Disability Disaster Access & Resources Center, DDARC) 或 CFILC。申請連結在這裡。CFILC 的殘障人士災難諮詢委員會 (Disability Disaster Advisory Committee) 將決定誰有資格獲得資源。醫療需求和收入會被列入考慮。不需要醫生來驗證殘障資格或慢性病。
