What is the California Public Utilities Commission contact requirement for Critical Facilities and Critical Infrastructure customers?

SCE is mandated to have at a minimum two different people to contact at your business and by two different methods (email, phone, text, etc.). This is a CPUC requirement and will allow us to provide you with notifications of any potential PSPS events affecting your facilities. 

We recommend adding a third contact individual and additional contact methods to ensure we can reach you when wildfire conditions create the need for PSPS outages.
