Arrearage Management Plan – If you’re behind on your electricity bill, see if you qualify for this payment option designed to help customers catch up on their past‐due bills.
Energy Assistance Fund – Through our partnership with United Way, we offer financial relief to customers struggling to pay their electricity bill. You may qualify to receive a payment of up to $200 ($300 for an all-electric house) to apply toward your electricity bill.

Budget Billing Plan – A 12-month program to help eligible customers divide the cost of their annual electricity service into equal monthly payments throughout the year. See if you qualify.
Get rewarded with summer bill credits
Smart Energy Program – Enroll your qualifying smart thermostat and earn a one-time $75 sign-up credit and up to $50 in annual bill credits when you stay enrolled from June 1 through September 30.
Summer Discount Plan – Earn up to $160 in bill credits when you enroll and we install a free remote-controlled device on or near your central air conditioning unit.
During Summer Discount Plan events, the device will automatically cycle or turn off your unit based on your program preferences. With flexible options, you choose the plan that works best for you.
