How to Update Your Account Number Depending on How You Pay Your Bill

Ensure your account is up to date with a few simple steps. How you’ll update your billing details depends on how you pay your bill.

I Pay My Bill with Auto Pay or Online at sce.com

If you pay directly through sce.com or you’re enrolled in Auto Pay, your account number(s) will be automatically updated and you won’t need to do anything. To find out if your payment due date has changed, log in to My Account on sce.com after billing updates are complete.

I Pay My Bill by Mail, Phone, or In Person

If you pay by mail, phone, or in person, you won’t be required to manually update your customer account number online, however, you will need your new account number for reference. Your new account number will be located in the upper left-hand corner on the first page of your billing statement. Be sure to note your new account number and keep it on hand for all future payments.
