Southern California Edison (SCE) will make non-customer-specific, non-public information available to its affiliates only if SCE makes that information contemporaneously available to all other service providers on the same terms and conditions. Notice of availability of such information, including relevant terms and conditions of release, will be posted here.
This site was created to comply with the California Public Utilities Commission order to "provide a list of all providers of gas-related, electricity-related, or other utility-related goods and services operating in its service territory, including its affiliates," pursuant to Rule IV.C.2 of Resolution E-3539 adopted on September 17, 1998.
Neither the California Public Utilities Commission's (CPUC) approval of this list nor Southern California Edison's publication thereof constitutes any approval, endorsement, or guarantee of the financial stability or service quality of the entities included therein. Furthermore, neither the Commission nor Southern California Edison shall be responsible or held liable for the accuracy, completeness, or validity of the list.
"Service providers are providers of gas-related, electricity-related, or other utility-related goods and services, including the utility affiliates." (Finding of Fact No. 53, Resolution E-3539)
"Any service provider may request that it be included on such list, and, barring Commission direction, the utility shall honor such request." (Excerpt from Rule IV.C.2)
How to be Included on the List of Service Providers
