Call our support line for questions related to your account, including billing and electric rates from:

7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.

If you are having difficulty paying your bill, please contact us right away. You may be eligible for a payment arrangement or other financial assistance.

 

Report Voltage Issues: 1-800-611-1911

Call our support line if you're experiencing a voltage issue affecting your electric service. We'll investigate the matter and make repairs to our equipment if it is found to be the cause of the problem.
