How can I find the meter number?

Locate the Meter:

• Look for the meter on the side or rear exterior of the property/building near the main electrical panel. The meter is often mounted on top of the breaker box or in the meter locked room. 

Identify the Meter Number:

• Find a series of numbers on the meter's faceplate or the body of the meter. See below image for reference to where the meter number is located.
• The meter number is typically a combination of digits and may include letters. For example: 123456-123456. Do not include SCE when entering the number.
