What is the difference between Point of Contact and Requestor?
Point of Contact is who will receive all communications related to the account (i.e., Paperless billing, Outage and Emergency Alerts, Request Number or Confirmation Number) via phone or email, according to your preferences. You can always add additional contacts to receive alerts in My Account.
The Requestor will receive all communications regarding Request Number or Confirmation number via email. When submitting your service request online, you can indicate if the requestor and point of contact are the same person.
