Combine Multiple Service Accounts into One Customer Account
If you manage several service accounts— such as multiple properties or meters —you can simplify your billing by combining them under a single customer account.
Eligibility
You can combine up to 50 service accounts if they are all the same account type:
- All residential, or
- All non-residential
If you have a mix of account types and want them on one bill, alternative billing options may be available.
How to Request

- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (excluding holidays)
A representative will walk you through your options and help set up the best solution for your needs.
