Effective January 1, 2023 the rate components listed below changed as follows

- TOTCA – for all rates

- CIA – for all applicable Residential rates
- Wildfire Charge – for all rates
- SCE Gen – (including the RTP hourly factors) for all rates
- Fixed Recovery Charge – for all rates
- CTC – for all rates
- PCIA – for all rates
- Climate Credit – for all applicable rates
- Dual Participation CAP – for all applicable rates
- CARE Surcharge – for all rates
- CARE Discount % – for all TOU CARE rates
- Green Rate factors – for all rates
- March/Edwards unique PDA factors – March and Edwards AFB only
