What is a “MRR” facility?
MRR is short for the California Air Resources Board’s Mandatory Reporting Regulation.
If your facility has direct emissions of 10,000 MTCO2e per year or greater and reports certain data to California Air Resources Board (ARB) under its Mandatory Reporting Regulation, we consider your facility a “MRR” facility to discuss eligibility requirements for facilities eligible for CA Industry Assistance. Facilities that report to ARB have a 6-digit ARB identification number.
