The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) issued Decision (D.) 15-09-004, which approved, as modified, the BioMAT Tariff and Contract implementing SB 1122 approved in D.14-12-081.
SCE will begin accepting applications for BioMAT on December 1, 2015. For more information, or to participate in BioMAT, please visit the BioMAT website located at https://scebiomat.accionpower.com/_scebiomat/home.asp. Applicants must register with the site to participate in the BioMAT program. BioMAT documents, schedule, announcements and other information is available to the public on the site without registering.
