How do I start service at a new business address?

Are you moving to a new business address? To submit a “Start Service” request online, follow the instructions below:

  1. Visit our Move Center page. Please be sure to have your Driver’s License or ID, Social Security Number, and Tax ID ready.
  2. Select “Business”, then select “Start Service”.
  3. Follow the prompts to enter required information into the fields provided.

Important: To submit a service request online for a new business address, you must be enrolled in one of the following rate categories: TG1A, TG1B, TG1D, TG1DRTP, TG1E, TG2B, TG2D, TG2DRTP, TG2E, TG2R.
