March 2023 Rate Changes
Changes to SCE Rates - March 2023
Effective March 1, 2023, the rate components listed below changed as follows:
- Distribution – for all rates
- PPPC – for all rates
- TOTCA – for all rates
- CIA – for all applicable Residential rates
- DWR Adjustment – (went to 0.0000) for all rates
- SCE Gen – (including the RTP hourly factors) for all rates
- Fixed Recovery Charge – (FRC3 only)
- Dual Participation CAP – for all applicable rates
- PCIA Gen % - used for Fastlane PCIA only
- CARE Surcharge – for all rates
- Green Rate factors – for all rates
- Green Rate CR factors – for all rates
