January 2017 Rate Changes
Effective January 1, 2017, the rate components listed below will be changing as follows.
- Transmission – for all rates
- Distribution – for all rates
- NDC – for all rates
- PPPC – for all rates
- TOTCA – for all rates
- PUCRF – for all rates
- NSGC – for all rates
- CIA – for applicable Residential rates
- DWR Bond Charge – for all rates
- SCE Gen – for all rates (including the RTP Hourly factors)
- DWR Credit – for all rates
- CTC - for all rates
- PCIA - for all rates
- CARE Surcharge
- Commercial CARE Discount % - for all applicable Commercial rates
- Dual Participation – for all applicable rates
- GHG line item - for Commercial rates
The actual impact of these rate factor changes on the customers’ bill will vary based on energy usage.
