Find a Payment Location
To pay at an Authorized Payment Agency, find a location by zip code or city below. When making a payment give the clerk the payment stub from your bill and get a receipt. Be sure to ask the agent to use Western Union services to process your payment to avoid any fees.
All Payment locations listed are Cash Only and ADA compliant.
Cash Payment requirements:
If the cash payment is greater than or equal to $1,000 and less than $3,000 the paying customer must provide a valid government issued identification.
If the cash payment is greater than or equal to $3,000 the paying customer must also provide additional identification, occupation, and date of birth.
If the cash payment is greater than $5,000 the payments will be broken down into multiple payments of $5,000 increments.
If the cash payment is greater than or equal to $10,000 the paying customer must also call a number for Large principal Money Transfer interview questions. Transaction refunded if not completed in 24 hours.
