Power Restored to Long Beach Customers

Power has been restored to all customers in Long Beach and they are now reconnected to the electrical network. Generators that had been serving those remaining customers have been disconnected. Our crews will remain working in Long Beach and we will continue to closely monitor network operations.

We thank you for your patience. We encourage customers in Long Beach to make every effort to conserve use of electricity as we continue to return the system to its full operational capacity. The safety of the public and our crews remain our highest priority.

We thank the city of Long Beach for its cooperation and for the especially important safety efforts of first responders in the Long Beach Fire and Police departments. Get the latest update >

Regulatory Information - SCE Load Profiles

1999 Static Load Profiles

The data files in this section are static load profiles for 1999. Each file is a rate group annual profile developed using a three-year average of historical rate group load profiles. These load profiles are based on the 1994-1996 class average load profiles for 11 separate groups. Refer to the methodology of creating static load profiles for a description of the estimation process.

On May 18, 1998, SCE began implementing dynamic load profiles in place of static profiles for residential (Domestic Single/Multiple), Small Commercial (GS-1), and medium commercial/industrial (GS-2) customers. As of that date, only dynamic profiles should be used for billing or settlement for these three rate groups.

All SCE rate group load profiles are reported in Pacific Standard Time (PST), with hourly values recorded in kW.
