Renewable & Alternative Power - SPVP-IPP
SCE's Solar Photovoltaic Program (SPVP) is a utility procurement program adopted by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) in Decision 09-06-049 to advance the development of distributed solar photovoltaic (PV) projects in SCE's service territory. Through the SPVP, SCE will procure 125MWdc over the 2010-2015 period from solar PV generating facilities with gross power ratings of not less than 500 kWdc and not greater than 10 MWdc.
On September 17, 2014, the CPUC approved SCE's Tier 2 compliance advice letter Advice 3094-E authorizing minor changes to the standard Request for Offers (RFO) documents used in SCE’s Solar Photovoltaic Program.
The SPVP 4 RFO was launched on October 9, 2014 and offers are due on January 6, 2015 no later than 12:00 pm (noon) PPT.
