Multifamily Affordable Solar Housing (MASH)

Get rebates toward your solar power installation with the Multifamily Affordable Solar Housing program.

We’re no longer accepting MASH applications as of April 10, 2014

March 11, 2014: We, along with the Energy Division of the California Public Utilities Commission, have decided to close the MASH waitlist statewide to new applications on April 10, 2014. At this time, we anticipate we will have enough projects on the waitlist to backfill possible cancellations.

We will continue to accept applications until April 10. Please note that all applications must be received on or before this date. After April 10, the waitlist will be officially closed and no additional applications will be accepted.

Making a Difference in Your Community

Since the beginning of the MASH program, we have embraced the importance of collaboration with diverse stakeholders including building owners, affordable housing tenants, solar financing entities and solar installers. We are committed to the MASH program and look forward to using our experience and success to continue to support our customers as it evolves.
