Our workforce of 16,500+ employees clearly reflects the rich diversity of Southern California, and everyone’s first few days on the job include diversity training. Here’s a glimpse into the makeup of our employees in 2012:

Raising Cultural Awareness at Work: Organizations For and By Employees

Our Employee Resources Groups are employee-led, voluntary organizations that help promote cultural awareness through events, celebrations, and professional growth and development opportunities.
