The company also conducts an annual public meeting to present high-level information about the Annual Report. Due to the COVID-19 risk and guidelines, SCE conducted its annual meeting on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020 virtually via a Livestream as approved by the CPUC.
Here is a video repay of the meeting the company shared.
All the company's annual reports are available on the CPUC website here. See below for our recent annual report.

(Please note that the report for the current year will not be available until after August of the following year.)
Video Replay of Past Meetings:
As your electric utility, we want you to always have power when you need it. To get there, we constantly track and monitor electric outages across our service territory, and we measure our “system reliability” from this data.
The two metrics we rely on are common in the electric utility industry: the System Average Interruption Duration Index (SAIDI) and the System Average Interruption Frequency Index (SAIFI).
- SAIDI measures the amount of time the average SCE customer experienced a power outage or interruption for more than five minutes (called a “sustained outage”) in a given year. In 2019, our SAIDI was about 91 minutes per customer (with Major Event Days excluded).
- SAIFI is the number of times the average SCE customer experienced a sustained outage in a given year. In 2019, our SAIFI was 0.87 (with Major Event Days excluded), or less than one per customer.
The 2020 reliability reports for each city and county in SCE’s service territory are available below. If you would like to view the reliability report for your area, choose your county, then select your city name or unincorporated county district number.
