Can I message you on Facebook or other social media with questions?
Yes, you can send us messages on our Facebook and Twitter accounts. We usually respond within one hour during business hours (9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday), but response times may increase while we are updating our billing system in April 2021. If you are reaching out on a Sunday or holiday, response times on social media may be delayed.
