I think I had a bill due during the billing system updates. Will I be charged a late fee?
While we were making our billing system updates, customers were not required to make payments and payment options on sce.com were unavailable. If your payment normally would have been due during that time period, we adjusted your billing cycle for both the billing period before and after the transition. You can check your past billing statements to see this change. Since no bills were due while we made updates, you were not charged any late fees. Please contact us if you have questions about past bills.
