Customers Can’t Request an Installment Plan Until Receiving First New Bill

Due to the recent implementation of our new billing system, you cannot request an installment plan until after you receive your first bill after we complete our updates. You will then need to contact Customer Service to request your installment plan. To set up your first installment plan or modify a current installment plan, log into My Account on sce.com.
