How do I change or cancel a pending payment?
If your account is eligible and the payment has not already been processed, you may click the View/Edit button on My Account to modify the payment amount and payment date.
You can make multiple payments in one day using different checking accounts. Customers or authorized users can also cancel or modify payments including future payments. Any user linked to an account will be able to see the pending payments.
With Auto Pay, you can stop a payment up to two business days before your Auto Pay is scheduled via My Account link or by calling a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-655-4555.
