Our response to COVID-19
We’ve made some changes due to COVID-19, including suspending service disconnections for residential and small business customers for nonpayment, and only continuing critical work needed to protect public safety and reduce the risk of wildfires. Learn more here. If you have recently lost your job, even if you are receiving unemployment benefits, you may qualify for a reduced energy rate through our CARE or FERA programs.

You can modify/update your email preferences or unsubscribe from SCE email by logging in to My Account.

To remove your name from our email distribution list, please follow the directions below. (Hint: some customers find it helpful to print this instruction page.)

  1. Sign On to My Account
  2. Select the "Profile Management" tab
  3. Select the "Contact Information" tab
  4. Uncheck "I would like to receive occasional email updates from SCE, including information about rebates, savings and promotions" in the SCE Notifications section.

Before unsubscribing, please consider these valuable points:

  • Email is a convenient way to learn about our energy and money saving programs. We hope to periodically tell you about new products and services that may benefit you. We will not, however, send you emails if you do not wish to receive them.
  • Your security and privacy is important to us. We do not sell or trade customer information.
