The CSI Program Forum was established to provide an ongoing opportunity for public stakeholders to identify and discuss top priority issues related to the administration and implementation of the California Public Utilities Commission's (CPUC) portion of the CSI program, and suggest consensus-based revisions to the CSI Program Handbook. Each Program Forum is held quarterly and hosted in turns by the three Program Administrators as a supplement to the CPUC decision making process.
