Applies to All Residential Projects Regardless of Size & Non-Residential Projects Smaller Than 10 kW.

Step 1: Reservation Request

• *NEW* CSI Reservation Request Form & Program Contract (PV) (Excel)
• *NEW* CSI Reservation Request Form & Program Contract (Other Solar Generating Technologies) (Excel)
• *NEW* Copy of signed Energy Efficiency Disclosure Form
  • Residential (PDF)
  • Business (PDF)
• Electrical System Sizing Documentation (new/expanded load only)
• Certification of tax-exempt status (Gov't and Nonprofit only)
• Documentation of an Energy Efficiency Audit
  • Residential
  • Business
  • (or Title 24 documentation or other exemptions)
• *NEW* Copy of Signed Commitment Agreement (PDF) [EPBB Existing Commercial Buildings > 100,000 sq. ft. and Benchmarking < 75 (Proof of Benchmarking Documentation Req'd.)]
• Printout of EPBB Tool Calculation (www.csi-epbb.com)
• Copy of Executed Agreement of Solar System Purchase and Installation
• Copy of Executed Alternative System Ownership Agreement (If System Owner is Different from Host Customer)
• Proof of at least 15% above Title 24 Standards (PERF-1 Form Certificate Signed by a Certified Energy Plans Examiner [CEPE]) (Non-Residential New Construction Only)
• Building Site Plan (Non-Residential New Construction only)
• Copy of New Construction Building Permit (Non-Residential New Construction only)

Step 2: Reservation Confirmation and Claim

• *NEW* Complete Incentive Claim Form with Original Signatures (Excel)
• Copy of Executed PMRS Contract or PMRS Cost Cap Exemption Documentation
• Revised System Sizing Calculations (if applicable)
• *NEW* Signed Field Verification Certification Form (Excel)
• Copy of Retro-commissioning Report (EPBB Existing Commercial buildings > 100,000 sq. ft. and Benchmarking < 75)
• Copy of PDP Contract (PBI Only)
