About this Rebate
This rebate is part of the Home Energy Efficiency Rebate Program. To qualify, just replace an existing pool pump and motor with a qualified, energy-efficient, variable-speed model. Review the List of Qualifying Models (PDF). For models that require an automatic control system capable of controlling both high and low speeds, a controller must be installed. Single-family residences only. Funds are limited.

Special $300 rebate offer available for qualifying purchases made between
September 3, 2010 and December 31, 2010 and installed between September 3, 2010 and February 28, 2011. SCE incentive programs are offered to SCE customers on a first-come, first-served basis while funding lasts. Program terms and conditions apply.
Programs are funded by California utility ratepayers and administered by SCE under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission.
