How many interruptions occurred in 2008 and 2007?

We had zero interruptions in the summer of 2008.

In the summer of 2007 we had six localized interruptions. The interruptions happened on August 30th (Ontario), August 31st (Fullerton), September 1st (Fullerton), September 2nd (Fullerton), September 3rd, (Fullerton, Saddleback, Santa Ana, Antelope Valley) and September 5th (Covina).
