Your Mobile Home: Save Energy and Money
Schedule a free evaluation of your mobile home, and we will send an energy specialist to identify opportunities for you to save. To help you make the energy upgrades we recommend, we will provide free supplies and installation.
Some common ways to save:
- Sealing air ducts
- Wrapping water heaters and pipes
- Energy-efficient light fixtures and CFLs
- Gas and water saving upgrades
Your Community’s Common Areas: Ways to Cut Costs
Maintaining the common areas of a mobile-home community can cost less when you make energy upgrades. Your community’s management company or owner can schedule a free evaluation of common areas. Our energy specialist will recommend opportunities to save, and we will provide supplies and installation free.
Opportunities for savings may include:
- LED ‘exit’ signs
- Efficient sensors and controls
- Fluorescent lighting
How to Qualify
To qualify, your mobile home or mobile home community must have an active SCE service account and be fully-constructed and occupied.

In most cases, upgrades and installation are performed during follow-up visits.
