Tips below correspond to the image on the left:
  1. Replace inefficient fluorescent tube lights with new T5 or T8 high-efficiency ones to save on lighting costs.
     
  2. Replace incandescent exit signs with Light-Emitting Diode (LED) exit signs.
     
  3. Install timers on heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems or set programmable thermostats to switch heating and cooling systems off during non-business hours.
     
  4. Keep your HVAC systems running efficiently by performing regular maintenance on filters, belts, coils and bearings.
