Although we can’t always predict exactly when or where a rotating outage will be needed, finding your Rotating Outage Group code and viewing your group’s outage map can help you stay as prepared as possible.
Your Group: Check Your Bill
Interested in finding which Rotating Outage Group you’re a part of? Just check the front of your SCE bill. You can also access your group information online anytime by signing up for My Account. If your group begins with an A, M, R, S or X, you are subject to rotating outages. Groups beginning with an N, or “EXEMPT” are exempted from outages. In the event of a stage 3 emergency, contact us at 1-800-611-1911 to obtain your current rotating outage group number.
