Outage Day: What to Expect

A pre-planned outage may not begin or end at the precise times indicated on your notice, and don’t be surprised if your power is turned off and on more than once during the outage period — this is normal. For your convenience, we isolate the area where work is needed and complete it as safely and quickly as possible, so we can get your power back on.
