Claim Information

If you are a current Edison customer, and you know your Service Account Number, please input it into the space provided. (Your Service Account Number appears on your Edison bill and starts with a “3”).
If you are an SCE customer, your Name and Mailing Address must be typed in exactly as it appears on your SCE bill. If you do not have this information, or if you receive an error message, you may remove your account number and follow the instructions below.
If you do not know your Service Account Number, or if you are not a current Edison Customer, please insert your name (last name, first name) and complete the remaining fields in the form.
