Note: Technical support cannot be guaranteed to clients who provide their own audio visual equipment. If support is requested, the client will be charged a $45 per hour fee with a (1) hour minimum (subject to availability).

Unauthorized equipment is not allowed to be used in the Conference Center without prior approval from CTAC management. For additional equipment or services, please refer to the fee schedule above.
