Optional Binding Mandatory Curtailment Program (OBMC)
This program exempts customers from rotating outages. In exchange, customers must make 15% of the load on their entire circuit available for reduction during every rotating outage. Customers will be required to file an OBMC Plan, acceptable to SCE, prior to participation in this program.
