During 2008 SCE's energy efficiency program planners working together with program planners at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, San Diego Gas & Electric Company, and Southern California Gas Company conducted competitive statewide and local solicitations for third party contractors. The work requested is to perform energy efficiency program implementation during the 2009-11 program cycle. The utilities selected several proposals for the requested work.
